Master Chief has been around for the past fourteen years and in all that time it has come a long way. Initially a man without a face and without a past, John has evolved through 117 events, choices and flashbacks that saw him even die, or almost. Meanwhile around the legendary Spartan it opened a universe of cosmic mysteries, alliances thought impossible, of decisive choices and immense responsibilities that have somehow humanized the inscrutable Chief, always barricaded himself in his armor Mjollnir. But it is still not appropriate to speak of a neutral character. Its role is that of cop film noir, the massive and with a dark past who has a heavy hand and exceeds the predetermined boundaries to fix things. A role that this time identifying the full while you start right towards its destination, regardless of commands and rules. And not surprisingly he finds it, because it is not only the most mighty Spartan but, as he once said Cortana, can count on one thing that others have not: luck. Meanwhile in the background move the protectors, huge instruments of destruction that ravaged several colonies in a few hours and it seems our old friend, the scientist Elizabeth Halsey, knows something. A team is sent to investigate Osiris, captained by the new protagonist, who gives show in the long and spectacular introduction. There is then presented Locke, former ONI agent used to working in the shadows to which is saddled with the thankless and difficult task of pursuing the Master Chief.
